I met up with Yoga late in the fall of 2002. Little did I know how instrumental this practice would be in saving my life. Yoga saved me from becoming bitter after a divorce ended my first marriage. A few months after my divorce was final, I found out I had breast cancer. My yoga practice kept me focused on what truly mattered - my health, my daughters, and becoming whole.
I became a yoga teacher in 2009, so I could share the wisdom and joy that yoga brings. A year later, I received my 500 hour level training certificate.
First and foremost, I am always a student of this amazing practice. I'm older, wiser, and happier because of the time I spend practicing asana or pranayama or simply meditating.
If you're in southern New Hampshire, join me for a class or hire me for a workshop on living with less stress and more happiness.
