It's OK to not be OK.

Through their important work of holding space for others, yoga professionals have expressed how they are shouldering elevated levels of emotional exhaustion and burn-out. For many, these feelings have compounded during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially for those experiencing marginalization and who have limited or no access to mental health support.

The Yoga Alliance Foundation (YAF) serves to ensure that yoga professionals who care for so many are cared for as well. To help, we partnered with mental health provider Lytle to create Eka Well-Being Services—a specialized program providing free mental health support to eligible yoga professionals and those in their families facing barriers of access to these vital services.
