I have been practicing yoga since I was 6 years old. I recently took Radiant Hot Yoga’s 2013 teacher training and became the youngest certified hot yoga instructor in the United States. I took the teacher training because I was inspired and wanted to deepen my own practice. I believe that age does not define who you are. If you believe in yourself you can do anything. I am forever grateful to all of the amazing teachers and students who inspire me to be the best version of myself.
