I have been practicing yoga since 2005. From the first beginners class, I knew I wanted to become a yoga teacher. I have studied and practiced many styles of yoga. My personal practice is Ashtanga and Kundalini. I completed my teacher training in Dharamshala, India, and I am certified in multi-style yoga. I studied Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, and Iyengar yoga. I plan to further my education and specialize in Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Kundalini yoga. I also enjoy teaching meditation; as well as all styles of yoga, and I intend to offer as much as I can to the world. I do not teach fitness yoga because yoga is more than just asanas. Yoga is the unity of mind, body, and breath; therefore, I teach all aspects of yoga in my classes. I am thankful that It took many years to attend training and receive certification, as now I have had many life experiences and grew more consciously. As I travel all over the world, I hope to touch the lives of many people and make a difference in the world through my offerings such as guiding and yoga. As a friend once shared with me; "I am not teaching yoga, I am practicing with others; yoga is the teacher". - Álvaro McGregor
