About Deepti Sastry, E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP

Dr. Deepti Sastry, E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP, began learning traditional Vedic chanting at age 8 and has been chanting for the past 30 years. Her Yoga Sutra based teachings and Vedic chanting comes from in-depth studies at T. Krishnamacharya’s school in India. She is a 200-hour and 500-hour course leader at YogaLondon. Deepti teaches Vinyasa flow, Rocket, pre- and post-natal yoga, and yoga nidra (Satyananda).
