On to the Governor's Desk, Idaho! We are pleased to share breaking news about Idaho House Bill 108! Last night, the Idaho Senate passed this legislation unanimously by a vote of 34-0! The Idaho House of Representatives also passed this important legislation unanimously on February 24. Now that this bill, championed by Yoga Alliance, has been approved by both chambers of the Idaho State Legislature, it will head to the governor’s desk to be signed into law! We expect that Governor Otter will sign the bill in the next week or two.

It’s time to show your appreciation for the hard work of the elected representatives who joined our effort to protect YTTs throughout the state.

Please take a moment to send a “thank you” email to the legislators who made this possible. Because the bill passed unanimously through the legislature, all of our representatives deserve our thanks, but we can especially thank the following legislators who helped us move the legislation forward.

We want to extend a big thank you to all of the Idaho yogis who have been involved in supporting this bill, which not only helps small businesses, but also the entire yoga community! Please stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to the finish line.
