Third Party Trademark Usage by Members

Yoga Alliance does not determine trademark rights and will not get involved in any trademark disputes between registrants or members or between registrants or members and third parties. Yoga Alliance does not prohibit registrants and members from making factual statements about their backgrounds and experience or about the styles of yoga that they have studied or taught. Yoga Alliance does not, however, permit members or other users to post a third party’s logo on the Yoga Alliance website without permission from the trademark owner.
