About Aileen McCabe-Maucher, RYT 200

Dr. Aileen McCabe-Maucher, RYT 200, is the author of the book The Inner Peace Diet. She began practicing yoga at age 3 alongside her grandmother, Dolly McCabe, her first yoga teacher. She currently works as a licensed psychotherapist/clinical social worker and lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy and Practice. She also holds faculty appointments at Simmons College and the University of Maryland.
