Learn about the 20 gunas, or the building blocks of Ayurveda, and how they make the doshas (body types) that align with the seasons. John will offer practical tips for incorporating these Ayurvedic principles into yoga class themes.

The yoga therapy components of John Immel’s teaching and experience are based on his Ayurvedic Practitioner credentials and are not derived from his status as a RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance Registry.
