Presented by Dianne Bondy, E-RYT 500 | Published on: June 7, 2016

About this Workshop

Yoga can unite the world and cultural awareness is the key to creating acceptance in the community. This workshop explores diversity in yoga as a super power. Participants will gain insights on the implications of race and dominant culture on the practices of yoga. Yoga teachers will become empowered to encourage diversity within their classes and create strategies for offering yoga to underrepresented populations left out of mainstream yoga culture.
