About This Workshop

Amy Ippoliti and Deepti Sastry share practical knowledge and insights for expanding breathwork and chanting in your classes. Learn how to evolve your yoga teaching with the benefits of these techniques, including when to offer them in a class and how to teach them. This workshop also includes an opportunity to participate in short pranayama practices.


About the Presenters

Amy Ippoliti, E-RYT 500, YACEP, is a yoga teacher, author, and earth activist. Her approach to yoga brings ancient wisdom to modern yogis. She is a pioneer for advanced yoga education, serving both students and teachers. Amy worked as the chair of the Curriculum Committee and served on the Certification Committee for Anusara yoga for nearly a decade.

Deepti Sastry, E-RYT 200, RYT 500, has been studying yoga for over 25 years. Currently, she teaches chanting and Sanskrit as a Lead Trainer at YogaLondon. Currently, she trains in the Krishnamacharya lineage where she has done extensive study of the yoga sutras and chanting. She believes in the power of chanting to facilitate wellbeing and a rewarding yoga practice.
