About the Presenter

Lara Alexiou, RYT 200, is the owner of award-winning Steamtown Yoga in Scranton, Pa., and has over 15 years experience as a yoga teacher and studio owner. She is a Certified Business Mentor with Zen Business Bootcamp and teaches Yoga Studio Business Strategy for the Spiritual Entrepreneur. In 2015, she presented at the BOLD MINDBODY Conference and was recognized as one of the Top 25 Women in Business in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Lara is trained and certified in Bikram, Barkan Method Hot Vinyasa, Zen Wellness, and Qigong and Ayurveda from Himalayan Institute.
